What will it cost me?

When selling your home costs will include real estate commission, title and lien search, closing documents preparation and all the normal costs incurred with any real estate transaction in Florida. What are the steps to selling my home?

1. Contact me to schedule a consultation to meet me and to see my listing presentation of your property.

2. My team will prepare your property for the market and give you valuable tips about how to make your home more attractive to buyers.  We will stage, photograph, film and process your listing for different media and for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

3. We will schedule showings, coordinate appointments with you, conduct contract negotiations and represent your interests during the transaction.

4. Once under contract, my team of experts will advise you as to all of the procedures we need to complete before closing.

5. Usually, once the contract terms are set, buyers will ask for 10-15 days for an "inspection period" or "due diligence" and, depending on those terms, expect between 20-45 days until the closing. 

6. Voila, your home is sold!  Congratulations!
