Buying Your Home

Buying a home is exciting, but it can be stressful.  A home is more than just a place to live.  It is where you will create memories with your family.  I understand this firsthand.

Negotiating Miami’s competitive real estate market takes perseverance and preparedness.  There are hundreds of properties and neighborhoods to consider, as well as the nuances of a market that is constantly evolving.

Working with me, your needs will be heard.  Together, we will navigate the market to secure the ideal house in the neighborhood that feels like home to you.  Rest assured, finding the perfect home for you and your family will be my priority.

Why buy with me?

Expect more from the ultra-personalized service my office provides.  If success were an equation, ours would look like this: More Expertise + More Market Knowledge + More International Networking + More Internet Presence = More Results, Fast.

What will it cost me?

When purchasing a home with a real estate broker in Florida, buyers do not pay for real estate services. All brokers' commissions are paid by the seller.  As your real estate agent, I will show you properties within your price range and desired neighborhoods.  You will not sign any contracts for my services.

What are the steps to buying a home?

1. Contact me to schedule a consultation, so my office can access your needs as a home buyer.

2. My team will prepare a list of properties to show you which will include ALL options available - from pre-construction to resales in your area.  It’s important to note that my commitment is with you!  If there’s a property out there that suits your needs, we will see it!

3. We will coordinate showings with you. Once you find the right property, we will work on your purchase or lease contract and negotiate on your behalf with owners and listing agents.  If you so desire, our team of experts will be available to guide you every step of the way.  If you have an established network of real-estate professionals, my office will be pleased to work in tandem with them.

4. Once the contract is accepted, my team will schedule property inspections, help you understand the results and advise you as to follow-up procedures.  This "due diligence" period lasts about 10-15 days.  It is used to make sure your future home is safe, habitable and suitable for you and your family.

5. Usually, after the due diligence period, you will have 30-45 days to close on the property depending on the financial terms you negotiated with the buyer.
